To explore the natural beauty of the area, we recommend leaving the car behind and really getting involved – be it by helicopter, kayak or bike.
Whilst in our capital city, we also encourage visitors to pay Te Papa a visit (New Zealand’s national museum). The museum does an amazing job of helping to make New Zealand’s history both accessible and interesting for everyone. They also introduce scientific phenomena and modern local history too.
In addition, Zelandia is always a hit amongst the animal-lovers amongst us, just as Weta Workshop is with film-buffs.
